Aoife is an Animal Science graduate from University College Dublin, class of 2025. She joined Connolly’s RED MILLS Nutrition team in September 2025 and supports customers across Ireland as part of the technical support and nutrition team.
Having gained experience in several areas of the equine industry, Aoife has worked with Thoroughbreds in sales preparation and at National Hunt sales, as well as with a 5-star eventing yard. She is also actively involved in Thoroughbred breeding at home and competes regularly in show jumping. This diverse background has given her a strong understanding of the nutritional needs of horses across multiple disciplines.
